These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Keystone Ceremonies (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a ceremony, submitting a request, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

🧾 Services Provided
Keystone Ceremonies offers officiating and ceremony scripting services for weddings, elopements, vow renewals, memorials, child dedications, ministry visits, and guest speaking. Each service includes a consultation, custom ceremony script, and officiation as outlined on our website.

💵 Payment & Booking
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date.
• Full payment is due by the Date of Your Event.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, CashApp, and Venmo.
• Travel fees may apply for locations outside of a 25-mile radius.

🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations made more than 1 month before the event may be eligible for partial refunds.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 1 month in advance.
• In the rare event that Brandon is unable to officiate due to an emergency, a qualified replacement or full refund will be offered.

📄 Ceremony Content
• All ceremony scripts are customized and reviewed with the client prior to the event.
• Clients may request edits, readings, or specific language, subject to timing and appropriateness.
• Keystone Ceremonies reserves the right to decline content that is discriminatory, harmful, or violates community standards.

📸 Media & Promotion
• With your permission, we may use photos, testimonials, or ceremony excerpts for promotional purposes.
• You may opt out of media sharing at any time by contacting us directly.

🔐 Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability
Keystone Ceremonies is not liable for:
• Venue issues, weather disruptions, or third-party vendor failures
• Emotional outcomes or personal interpretations of ceremony content
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
